Somerville Student's Video Discusses Hunger

Somerville High School student Anna Anna Baker chose hunger as the topic of a project for her Spanish 4 Honors class, and with a mix of humor and fact, she urges others to help support local non-profits working to help those in need.

"I...made a video demonstrating privileged American's and Latin American's attitudes towards eating and how many people take food for granted," she said. In the video, the junior portrays several characters, from a over-indulging teen to a frustrated restauranteur, and closes with her plea for others to help fight hunger in their communities.
