The Raritan Food Pantry is now part of The Food Bank Network of Somerset County!  Effective 1 November 2024 we have joined forces to continue helping our neighbors in Raritan and the County.  For details regarding the location and hours of operation, please check under the “Get Help” section of this website.

BACKPACK PROGRAM EXPANDED TO FEED MORE STUDENTS July 31, 2023. Many students in Somerset County rely on free or reduced lunches during the week, but they

Residents can help their neighbors in-need by purchasing an extra can of food during their routine grocery shopping, and donating it to “Buy One, Bring One” for pick-up on the third Friday of every month. Donations can be placed in the blue bins located in the breezeway of the Somerset County Administration Building in Somerville.

Every year the motorcycle club organizes a very successful Santa Run to raise money for the Food Bank. The event occurs in the month of December and the motorcycle enthusiasts donate by themselves or elicit donations from their friends and families.
